empty tomb

If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.

1 Corinthians 15:19

More than Christmas, more than Passover when Christ was crucified, more than all of the holy days throughout the year, it is today, The Feast of First Fruits that Jesus rose from the grave to be the first fruits from among the dead. Yes, Lazarus was raised to life as was the widow’s son and a few others throughout Jesus’ ministry, but it amounted to little more than duct tape on a busted tailpipe as they eventually died again.

Christ came back to life, never to die again. And it is his promise to grant us that same resurrection, that we may never die again, that gives us our hope.

The resurrection is what sets Christ apart from all the others. Muhammad, Buddah and all the others that men worship are still in their graves. But Christ’s grave, praise God, is an empty tomb.

Some of you must think you’ve stumbled across this post by mistake as the date must surely be wrong. After all, wasn’t Easter like a month ago? Here’s a little explanation on the timing.

Come back every Sunday for a new Prepper Bible Study! The most important prep of all is knowing GOD. Jesus said “what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world yet loses his own soul?” Prepper translation: “What good will it do you to survive the coming economic collapse, nuclear war or even a zombie apocalypse if you don’t know you will go to heaven when you die.” A recent study found that 10 out of 10 people die! On that day we will meet our Maker. It only makes sense to be prepared for that day. Click here to learn more about knowing GOD.

Have a blessed day and happy prepping!
