Bugging In With Zion Prepper- Prepper Recon Podcast

Bryan Foster, AKA Zion Prepper has just finished a new book called: A Guide To Sheltering- In-Place. Bryan is a US Navy veteran, prepper and family man. He has a MS in chemistry, and a MS in management. Bryan has written several other books including The Christian preppers Handbook, The Preppers Handbook  and The Preppers Survival Guide: An Introduction to Prepping and a Guide to Fire.

A Guide to Sheltering In Place is out just in time for hurricane season. People here on the East Coast as well as people who live on the Gulf Coast are getting ready to potentially shelter in place. I lived in South Florida during Hurricane Wilma and went without power for two weeks. When there is no power, the grocery stores are closed, and in some instances, there is no water. Hurricanes are not the only events that can cause people to go without the systems of support. Earthquakes, tornadoes, floods, ice storms, chemical spills and civil unrest can make it impossible or inadvisable for people to leave their homes. Once the event occurs, it is too late to prepare.

Today’s show is filled with practical tips to prepare to bug in or shelter in place.

Today’s Prepper Recon Podcast sponsor is CampingSurvival.com.
