Sunday Prepper Bible Study-Isaiah 30:28-29

See, the Name of the LORD comes from afar, with burning anger and dense clouds of smoke; his lips are full of wrath, and his tongue is a consuming fire. His breath is like a rushing torrent, rising up to the neck. He shakes the nations in the sieve of destruction.

Isaiah 30:28-29

At a recent prophecy conference, I  heard Messianic Rabbi Jonathan Cahn speak on the Mystery of the Shemitah. It was a very attention getting speech. In a nut shell, he explained how 9/11 fell on the Jewish Shemitah, on the Jewish month and day of Elul 29. The Shemitah is a time of clearing away debts and tearing down which occurs every seven years. He explained how 9/11 was a call for America to repent. As you know, not only did our country not repent, but it has grown increasingly wicked. According tot the Jewish calendar, seven years later, on Elul 29, was the beginning of the great recession and was the day the Dow lost 777 points representing a 7% decline. This September 13, 2015 will complete the next seven-year cycle of the Shemitah. It is a day many prophecy watchers are going to be paying attention to since we still see no signs of repentance. As Rabbi Cahn says, you can’t put God in a box and he doesn’t have to do anything, but it makes sense to double check your preps and be sure you’re as ready as possible, for what ever may come.

Come back every Sunday for a new Prepper Bible Study! The most important prep of all is knowing GOD. Jesus said “what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world yet loses his own soul?” Prepper translation: “What good will it do you to survive the coming economic collapse, nuclear war or even a zombie apocalypse if you don’t know you will go to heaven when you die.” A recent study found that 10 out of 10 people die! I recently went to a prophecy conference in Orlando, FL. It was a fantastic experience and I heard some tremendous speakers. All of whom are very concerned about the near future in America. One of the speakers I heard was Paul McGuire. If you’ve never heard him, I encourage you to check him out on YouTube. One of the things he kept coming back to in his speeches was the need to have the mind of Christ in the coming days. We can achieve that by renewing our minds by studying God’s Word. He expressed a need for supernatural wisdom in the day to come, wisdom that can only come from God. When we are connected through prayer, worship and Bible reading, we’ll have a holy intuition that comes from the Spirit of God telling us, “This is the way;walk in it.”

Come back every Sunday for a new Prepper Bible Study! The most important prep of all is knowing GOD.
