Police Arrest  Bystander and Shoot Dog

Today’s post is very disturbing. But if you still think you live in a free country, you need to be disturbed. The man in this video was simply filming the police action in his neighborhood when the police arrested him for filming them and then violently executed his pet.

I have faith in our law enforcement community and do not believe the majority of them are like this, but they need to stand up and let their voices be heard. Organizations like Oathkeepers allow military and law enforcement to come together to let their voices be heard on the issue of preserving the constitution. It is so important for law enforcement to voice their opinions against such violations to maintain the public trust that is so vital to our civilization.

As hard as it is to watch this video, please watch it and share. The pain that it produces in you will awaken the sense of righteous indignation in you that is so lacking in our country. People have sat idly by for far too long as their rights are violated through the NSA Prism program, while are media is silenced through DOJ phone hacking and assassination like the case of Michael Hastings, and dissenters are targeted by the IRS.

Ecclesiastes 3 states:

There is a time for everything,
    and a season for every activity under the heavens:

2     a time to be born and a time to die,
    a time to plant and a time to uproot,
3     a time to kill and a time to heal,
    a time to tear down and a time to build,
4     a time to weep and a time to laugh,
    a time to mourn and a time to dance,
5     a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
    a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
6     a time to search and a time to give up,
    a time to keep and a time to throw away,
7     a time to tear and a time to mend,
    a time to be silent and a time to speak,
8     a time to love and a time to hate,
    a time for war and a time for peace.

Now is the time to be angry. Now is the time to act. If you wait until you are being loaded into the cattle car, it will be too late for your voice to make a difference. When you are arrested for expressing your right to free speech and freedom of the press by filming in a public place, it will be too late. When your pet is convulsing on the ground as it dies from a gunshot wound, it will be too late. Take a few minutes to got to this website and sign the petition to have these officers fired!
